Terms & Conditions
- Package prices may vary according to travel dates, vehicle type, hotel category, passenger count, and availability.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be according to the hotel's standard timings.
- Sightseeing will be provided according to the agreed itinerary and available travel time.
- The itinerary may be modified because of traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Kufri sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, local restrictions, and vehicle accessibility.
- Additional charges may apply for extra sightseeing, additional kilometers, waiting time, route changes, or additional vehicle usage.
- Entry tickets, horse riding, adventure activities, and other charges not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions are excluded.
- Lunch, dinner, personal expenses, room service, and other additional hotel services are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
- In case of heavy snowfall, landslides, road closures, or unsafe travel conditions, the itinerary may be changed or certain sightseeing locations may be skipped.
- Cancellation and rescheduling will be subject to the applicable Amson Travels booking and cancellation policy.
- The final vehicle, hotel, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and package price should be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Amson Travels reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary changes when required for passenger safety or operational reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- No Show: No refund will be issued for no-shows or early trip termination.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, a full credit/reschedule will be offered.
