- Package prices are subject to change based on travel dates, vehicle type, hotel category, passenger count, and availability.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be according to the hotel's standard timings.
- The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, traffic, road conditions, local regulations, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Sightseeing will be provided according to the agreed itinerary and available travel time.
- Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley, and other high-altitude destinations are subject to weather, road conditions, permits, and local restrictions.
- Adventure activities such as paragliding, skiing, snow activities, or zorbing are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
- Additional charges may apply for extra sightseeing, additional kilometers, waiting time, route changes, or vehicle usage beyond the agreed itinerary.
- Any hotel upgrades, room service, additional meals, or other personal hotel expenses will be charged separately.
- Entry fees, activity charges, permits, and other expenses not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions are excluded.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
- In case of heavy snowfall, landslides, road closures, or other safety-related situations, the itinerary may be modified or certain destinations may be skipped.
- Cancellation and rescheduling will be subject to Amson Travels' applicable booking and cancellation policy.
- The final vehicle, hotel, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and package price should be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Amson Travels reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary changes when required for passenger safety or operational reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- No Show: No refund will be issued for no-shows or early trip termination.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, a full credit/reschedule will be offered.
